We are an innovative nonprofit company at the interface of social integration services and services for the public. On behalf of the Directorate of Health, Social Affairs and Integration (GSI) of the Canton of Bern, we are responsible for the strategic planning and the offering of measures for the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed persons. In the mobility center, with a management team of three people, we operate the services bicycle home delivery service, express courier service, maintenance of local carsharing fleets, bicycle rental, supervised bicycle station and bicycle courier service. 25 to 30 program participants are deployed and guided according to their abilities for the various tasks. We are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, in Burgdorf, a Agogic* staff mobility center, 80 % ## Your tasks are • agogic support, guidance and promotion of the participants • organization, coordination and execution of daily orders • collaboration in the further development and expansion of products and services, especially in the area of mobility and sustainability • with appropriate qualification, possibility for dossier management as an integration specialist Your profile You have a completed vocational training and ideally training in the social sector. You have already been able to gain initial experience in work agogics and/or work integration and sustainable mobility as well as logistics interest you. Working with a wide variety of people in an agile environment gives you joy. Your organizational skill, especially the ability to master different tasks in parallel, distinguishes you. You have a category B driver's license.
