Your missions
Within the Deanery of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine (FBM), you report directly to the Faculty Administrator and ensure the management of all faculty finances as well as the direction of the financial unit.
In this role with a strong strategic scope, you manage a budget representing nearly 40% of the total UNIL budget and covering a complex institutional perimeter involving UNIL, CHUV, and Unisanté. You support the Deanery in its financial decisions, contribute to the definition and implementation of the faculty financial strategy, and ensure the development of the internal control system.
In close partnership with the central financial service of UNIL, you guarantee the consistency of financial practices, the application of institutional standards, and the evolution of financial management processes within the Faculty.
In particular, the position includes notably the following missions:
• Lead the complete process of preparing the FBM annual budget and its budgetary control, notably for the departments attached to the Fundamental Sciences Section (SSF) of the FBM;
