The dietitian function is attached to the Direction des soins, which guarantees the quality and safety of care within the establishment. This directorate ensures the supervision of care activities and relies on three deputy directorates dedicated to professional expertise and practices, quality-sustainability and digital innovation, as well as management and transformation. Dietitian in poly-oncology - 40% As part of this mandate, you ensure the nutritional management of adult patients in poly-oncology according to the nutritional care process. You regularly perform indirect calorimetry and body composition measurements, actively participate in various clinical and functional colloquia, and ensure the maintenance of the harmonization of nutritional management by applying the principles of Evidence Based Medicine as well as the recommendations of expert societies. You actively contribute to the prevention of protein-energy malnutrition in connection with pathologies and treatments, lead workshops and courses intended for various health professionals, and collaborate with the specialized multidisciplinary team. You contribute to maintaining a constructive and collaborative team dynamic and ensure, if necessary, the replacement of your colleagues in the oncology sector as well as in other acute care units. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor HES in nutrition and dietetics or an equivalent title recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse and possess a Droit de pratique in the canton of Genève. Experience in acute care is required; experience in adult intensive care is an asset. You have a good command of IT tools, English, and indirect calorimetry (IC) and body composition measurements by bio-impedance. Possessing an excellent team spirit, you know how to argue and negotiate nutritional management with the medical staff and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation.
