Institut Menzingen employs around 140 employees and manages the operational business of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on their behalf. This includes the St. Franziskus nursing home with 87 nursing beds and a holistic health offering, the care of the sisters' residential communities in Switzerland, and the maintenance of the monastery courtyard with the church wing, a newly emerging bistro, as well as residential and commercial space. The Sisterhood of the Holy Cross was founded in 1844 in Menzingen and is represented today on several continents in the world. The Swiss province currently includes around 130 sisters; most of them live in Menzingen. To complement our nursing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Certified Nurse or Healthcare Specialist 60-100% per immediately or by arrangement Your tasks: • Implementation of individual care and support of the residents • Ensuring professional nursing quality according to standards and guidelines • Taking over the professional nursing daily responsibility and coordinating tasks • Interdisciplinary cooperation with everyone involved in the care and support process • Management of the electronic nursing documentation • Active participation in the optimization of nursing processes Your profile: • Completed training as a Dipl.
