For our technical service, we are looking for a Specialist in Facility Management (m/f), 80 - 100 % starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks You maintain technical systems and keep buildings and outdoor areas in good repair. Together in a team, you carry out necessary repair work and are co-responsible for the basic cleaning work in the building. During events, you assist with the setup and dismantling of the infrastructure. In the Sinnespark, the Technical Service takes over the maintenance of the equipment and supports the animal caregivers in animal care. Together with your team colleagues, you cover the on-call service and take over the winter service during the winter months. Your profile You have completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ with a specialization in house services. Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience and possess a category B driver's license. You speak fluent German, work accurately, responsibly, and independently, and enjoy interacting with people. You are flexible and prepared to perform on-call service and winter service as well as occasional weekend shifts.
