To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Logistics Specialist (100%) m/f/d Do you ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time? You ensure that material is available on time, goods find their way, and our production is optimally supplied at all times. In doing so, you can expect no monotonous warehouse everyday life, but rather a varied task in a modern MedTech company, in which your commitment makes a difference every day. Your tasks You receive goods, check them carefully, and book them in the ERP system (Abacus). Professional storage as well as warehouse management with the warehouse management system WAMAS are part of your area of responsibility. You pick materials for production and customer orders in a timely manner and carry out transfers reliably. You pack goods professionally and ensure smooth shipping processing. You carry out stock controls and inventories conscientiously and support the ensuring of correct stock levels. You work consistently according to defined processes and ensure seamless documentation as well as traceability of material movements. Order, cleanliness and compliance with 5S standards are a matter of course for you. In addition, you actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our logistics processes. Your profile You are a reliable personality, like to work in a structured manner, and lend a hand wherever support is needed. Taking responsibility is a matter of course for you and you enjoy making a difference together with your team. You have completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ (specialization warehouse) or a comparable training and bring at least five years of professional experience in warehouse logistics. Experience in handling ERP systems – ideally Abacus – as well as warehouse management systems such as WAMAS distinguishes you. You possess a valid forklift license and are confident in handling industrial trucks. Your way of working is independent, reliable and precise. Quality awareness and careful documentation are a matter of course for you. You are an open, respectful and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality. Ideally, you have experience in a MedTech company or another regulated production environment. Experience with automated warehouse and picking systems, especially SSI LogiMat, completes your profile.
