Contract Manager Real Estate (Bau) (w/m/d) Start of employment: immediately or by agreement The Planning & Execution unit with around 35 employees is responsible for client-side planning and development, construction project management, and customer service for demanding construction projects. In the coming years, we will realize around 14 multi-family houses, three hotels, and the associated infrastructure in a unique environment. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed, team-oriented, and flexible person who complements and shapes our team. This is what you can do Creation, management, and maintenance of contractor, planner, and supplier contracts in the relevant systems (Provis, DocuSign) Ensuring a rule-compliant submission, offer control, and award process in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards Administrative review, processing, and filing of contract documents in the construction industry Support for project and team management in all aspects of contract processing and execution Review and evaluation of planner and work contracts from a construction law and normative perspective Further development and optimization of contract templates in close coordination with department and project management Accompaniment and support during submissions as well as maintenance of the associated processes and templates Collaboration on quality assurance and standardization of our processes This is what you bring Completed training in the construction industry with in-depth commercial further education (e.g., technical) or a degree in architecture or civil engineering (Bachelor) Professional experience in a comparable function in Switzerland, ideally with knowledge of construction law and project realization Precise, structured, and reliable working method with high quality standards Distinct flair for details, independence, and assertiveness In-depth knowledge of construction law and SIA norms German at a native level as well as basic knowledge of English Workplace: 2 days a week in Andermatt, 1-2 days in Altdorf; remaining workdays can be done from home This is what you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous participation in further education Combination of leisure and work Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with quick decision-making paths Numerous benefits This is us Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds, and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment houses, hotels, and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
