About the position At YOTEL, our mission is to challenge the status quo - it is our DNA. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team and help us maintain our high hospitality standards. Specifically, responsibilities will include: • Providing exceptional table service, ensuring that guests have a memorable culinary experience • Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently • Advising guests on menu choices and wine pairings with dishes • Supervising and supporting Commis de Rang and junior staff • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room • Ensuring that service standards are met and exceeded The skills we are looking for are: • Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant • Solid knowledge of food, wine and service etiquette • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment • Team spirit with a positive and professional attitude • Proficiency in English and French is a plus About YOTEL With 23 properties located in prime locations around the world, YOTEL caters to people on the move.
