MPQ Architect (M/F) Atelier Hermès SA Atelier Hermès is an architecture & design office as well as a training center, founded by Patrick Hermès. Since 1965, the firm has been by the side of individuals and companies in their construction and transformation projects. MPQ Architect (M/F) In order to strengthen our team and support the development of our rapidly expanding structure, we are looking for an architect. The position is in cohesion with a general contractor. Missions: Development of new construction and transformation projects, both institutional and commercial, as well as private Elaboration of technical plans in compliance with Swiss standards. Constitution of inquiry dossiers: Filing and follow-up of APA, DD and SIA phases Costing and budgetary estimation of construction costs. Organization and conduct of coordination meetings with the Clients, various services/providers, authorities and mandatories (site supervision and keeping of minutes) Elaboration of tender, execution and detail plans Financial optimization of projects via tenders: analysis and comparison of bids, negotiation with companies and subcontractors Financial reporting of operations to management Coordination and organization of client meetings Occasional supervision of students in training Profile sought: Confirmed experience: Minimum 5 years as an architect as well as in project management in Switzerland (asset: experience in a general contractor) Education: HES architect training or equivalent, engineering degree, completed by technical building knowledge. IT knowledge: Design and modeling with Revit software and mastery of general IT tools (excel, word, drive, bexio, etc.) Economic knowledge: Ability to evaluate construction costs. Interpersonal skills: Excellent sense of coordination and organization. Team spirit, orientation towards quality and customer service. Listening skills, good interpersonal skills and natural leadership. Autonomy and rigor: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Sense of responsibility, analytical, synthesis and organizational skills. Proactive spirit and versatile management of different tasks. Very good knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework (laws, standards and regulations). Acting in alignment with strategy and managerial decisions Primary language: French Secondary languages: English (asset) Field mobility: Driver's license B and personal means of transport required.
