Delivery District Manager (f/m/d) Quickmail is the only private mail service provider in Switzerland. We deliver letters, mailings, catalogs, and magazines for our customers throughout Switzerland. Quickmail's customers come from the shipping and retail, fundraising, publishing, education, and travel sectors. As a Delivery District Manager at Quickmail, you will take on a responsible role in the field of mail and letter delivery: You support your delivery team by taking over the deployment planning for substitutes and the replacement organization. This ensures that our delivery personnel can deliver the shipments entrusted to us into mailboxes punctually and reliably. In doing so, you bear responsibility for the optimal tour planning in your delivery areas and compliance with our quality standards. YOUR TASKS Planning of delivery tours and delivery areas Recruitment, training, and ongoing support of the delivery personnel Deployment planning and replacement organization Review and ensuring of quality standards Link between delivery personnel and administration YOUR PROFILE Commercial basic training or several years of professional experience in a similar area Leadership experience is an advantage Resilience, assertiveness, flexibility, determination, and organizational talent Stylish oral and written expression in German Quick comprehension and initiative Confident appearance, ability to deal with people of different cultures Good MS Office skills, especially Excel Driver's license Cat.
