Since 2015, it has been attached to Comptoir Immobilier, thus following the logic of the Group's development in Romandie.* *Drawing on our experience as well as our varied and loyal relationships with a demanding clientele, Gendre & Emonet offers a complete range of services and distinguishes itself by its desire to offer a unique quality of advice.* In order to strengthen the team at our headquarters in Montreux, we are looking for a: 360° MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT Your main tasks: You assist the manager in the daily management of their portfolio: • Management of technical and rental secretariat • Management of apartment re-lettings, drafting and publication of advertisements • Telephone reception and customer greeting • Contact with owners, concierges, tenants • Administrative follow-up • Follow-up of tenant move-out statements • Preparation of lease agreements, amendments, rent increases and decreases • Diary management and scheduling of appointments • Administrative processing of invoices and re-invoicing Your profile: • CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position • Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology • Excellent writing skills and spelling in the French language • Able to work autonomously (under the supervision of a property manager) • Knowledge of Quorum, an asset • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, sense of customer service We offer: • A varied and evolving activity • A pleasant working environment within a small, cohesive and dynamic team • An organized and efficient structure • Possibility of evolution Start date: • Immediately or to be agreed Do you wish to join a young, dynamic team concerned with offering quality work to its clientele within a constantly developing company?
