For our client from the Aarau region, an established company with an excellent reputation, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality as Deputy Team Leader Laundry (f/m/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Aarau Industry: Chemistry/Pharma Publication date: 27.07.2026 Your tasks • Co-responsibility for the organization and leadership of a small team • Active participation in daily operations • Operation, monitoring and maintenance of modern production facilities • Rectification of minor error messages and execution of machine maintenance tasks • Order picking and goods control • Ensuring quality, productivity, order and cleanliness in the work area • Representation of the team leadership in case of absence Your profile • Professional experience as an operations employee or similar, as well as experience in a deputy function, ideally in a production, operations or logistics environment • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are required • Suva forklift license and experience in driving a forklift are an advantage • Quick comprehension, precise way of working and a pronounced sense of quality • Resilient, flexible and always maintaining an overview - even under time pressure • Self-confident, motivated and positively minded personality • Technically and manually gifted, no fear of challenges and ready for action What awaits you An exciting, varied and responsible activity awaits you in a modern working environment with an upbeat, collegial and engaged team.
