For this function, we are not looking for a pure engineering personality, but for someone who develops technical solutions, advises customers, drives projects forward, and always keeps the economic perspective in view. Your tasks You advise and support our customers in the optimization of technical fastening solutions and assembly processes. You analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions, working together with Sales or Key Account Management. You lead technical projects and coordinate investigations as well as feasibility studies with internal and external partners. You convey specialist knowledge in fastening technology and position our engineering competence as real added value for our customers. You plan, moderate, and evaluate specialist seminars, training sessions, and customer workshops. You further develop existing and new engineering services and identify optimization potential for our customers. You maintain a strong network with universities, associations, suppliers, engineering partners, and customers. What you bring: Completed B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar. Independent way of working, team player, and solution-oriented. Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing. Passion for business processes and enthusiasm for technology.
