What you will achieve with us: ## • Co-design and implementation of the digital marketing and communication strategy • Planning, creation, control, and monitoring of content for website, social media, newsletter, and other digital channels • Responsibility for integrative digital brand management across all relevant channels • Conception and implementation of campaigns to increase reach, awareness, and lead generation • Collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external agencies and service providers • Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete optimization measures • Identification of new trends, technologies, and communication formats • Independent implementation of projects with high visibility and strategic relevance What you bring with you: ## • Several years of experience in a similar function as well as completed further training as a marketing specialist with a federal diploma (eidg.
