Managing Director Our client, a renowned gardening company in the Lucerne/Zug region, is looking for a motivated and dedicated: Employment Permanent employment 100% Place of work Lucerne Requirements - Completed degree in the field of horticulture, landscape architecture, business administration or comparable qualification - Several years of relevant professional experience in a management position in a gardening or landscape construction company - In-depth knowledge of project management and corporate management - Distinct communication and leadership skills - Driver's license category B and flexibility for regional deployments in Lucerne/Zug - Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking - German language skills at native level, English language skills an advantage Area of activity - Strategic planning and management of all business activities in the field of gardening and garden maintenance - Responsibility for operational processes and ensuring efficient use of resources - Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships - Budget planning and control as well as ensuring the financial performance of the company - Personnel management including recruiting, training and development of the team - Compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
