Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and technical requirements. What characterizes you. Higher technical education (CFC, federal certificate, ES, engineering, or FM training with confirmed technical skills). 5 to 10 years of experience in FM mandate or contract management, with a strong technical and team management component Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. Relational ease and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Mastery of computer tools (MS Office, GMAO, FM platforms).
