The Wohnen Plus Kehrsatz offer is located in the beautiful Selhofen property and supports young people from 16 years old with mental instability to gain stability and integrate professionally. For this exciting activity, we are looking for a Specialist Social Work 80% with function as deputy head of Wohnen Plus Your tasks • You support the head of Wohnen Plus Kehrsatz in the context of a deputy function and take over the quality management department. • You accompany clients in the context of a reference person mandate. • You take on day and evening responsibility. • You perform administrative tasks such as process documentation and reporting • You plan, coordinate and lead site discussions. • You do networking with internal and external specialists as well as educational authorities.
