Your mission Prepare facades and substrates before intervention. Clean, strip, and repair existing surfaces. Install external thermal insulation systems (ITE). Fix insulating panels and carry out the different layers of the system. Apply facade renders and finishing coatings. Perform renders and various finishes according to the site specifications. Install reinforcement meshes and treat corners, joints, and openings. Perform renovation and repair work on facades. Install certain coatings or facade finishing elements. Prepare mixtures and use appropriate machines and tools. Read plans and respect the technical indications of the site. Work on scaffolding, platforms, or aerial work platforms, depending on the site conditions. Respect safety rules, especially when working at height. Control the quality and final appearance of the work. Maintain the site clean and secure. Collaborate with other building professionals. Your profile Good mastery of facade and insulation techniques. Precision and sense of neat work. Good physical condition. Manual dexterity. Ability to work at height and outdoors, sometimes in variable weather conditions. Knowledge of facade materials and products. Ability to read plans and technical documents. Strict respect for safety rules. Autonomy, punctuality, and team spirit. Driving, a plus
