As part of its development, it offers high-potential profiles real prospects for evolution, with the possibility in the medium term of joining the executive board. Job Description ## Depending on your specialization, you will work on various projects, from design to completion: Infrastructure & road: • Management of large-scale projects for public clients (communes, cantons, Confédération) • Participation in complex and technically stimulating achievements • Collaboration with recognized experts in their field Structures & building: • Neighborhood plan projects, industrial and residential buildings • Transformations, vertical extensions and structural reinforcements • Participation in projects for institutional clients and general contractors As a project manager: • You are the main interlocutor for the clients • You manage and coordinate an internal team • You guarantee quality, compliance with deadlines and client satisfaction • You adopt a proactive approach in project management Profile sought ## • EPF, HES engineer degree or equivalent • Total experience of at least 10 years in civil engineering • Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure and/or structures of at least 5 years in Switzerland is mandatory • Mastery of SIA standards • Good level of French (oral and written) • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and solution orientation \#LI-SP1
