You control, coordinate, and plan the installation orders incl. billing. You are responsible for appointment coordination with customers as well as internal and external bodies. You receive customer inquiries via telephone and email and process them in close exchange with all interfaces in the service and sales team. You maintain and manage our customer database. This is why you are an ideal match for our fittings: You have completed basic training in the commercial or technical field and mandatory several years of experience in the field of scheduling, order planning, and customer service. You convince with your communication strength, pleasant manners, and high customer orientation. You bring networked thinking and organizational skill as well as sound user knowledge in the Microsoft environment. You speak fluent German. Knowledge of English and French is of great advantage.
