As a Swiss family business, we are present in around 30 locations in Switzerland. For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg group, we are looking for a Service Manager in Chur. Your challenge ## • Management of daily operations in the heating / ventilation / sanitation / annual maintenance service area • Taking charge of the entire service department, including personnel management • Technical, financial, and personnel management of the service sector as a member of the management team • Development and expansion of the service sector as well as realization of market potentials • Customer acquisition and sales in the Chur / Grisons region means • Promotion and development of employees as well as design of processes and associated organization • Close collaboration with the branch manager and the service manager Switzerland on strategic issues • Involvement in more complex maintenance mandates and calculations • Representative of the service sector to our customers, suppliers, and internally within the company Your profile ## • Completed basic training in building technology (CVCSE), additional training desirable • Experience in management • Desire to have scope for action and the opportunity to directly influence the development of the sector • Joy in building, supporting, and developing our experienced team of service technicians • Commercial talent with service orientation and pleasure in customer contact (sometimes with presentations) Our offer ## • At least 5 weeks of vacation and option to purchase additional vacation days • Open communication culture as well as many opportunities for active participation and assumption of responsibility • Attractive vehicle fleet with a wide selection as well as fuel card and private use • Varied and responsible activity with great creative freedom and short decision-making paths Editorially recommended external content ## Show video I consent to external content being displayed to me.
