Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • You check the personal and insurance-related eligibility requirements and calculate the benefits of pensions and invalidity allowances of the AHV and IV and release them for payment. • You prepare pension preliminary calculations for future retirees. • You clarify complex matters and check offsets with other social insurances and advancing third parties. • You provide telephone and written information to insured persons regarding eligibility requirements and benefits of the AHV/IV, primarily in French and German. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education with several years of professional experience, preferably in the area of the 1st pillar or in the social insurance industry in general. • The Federal Social Insurance Specialist Certificate is an advantage. • You think in networks, like to take responsibility, are team-oriented, and work accurately and in a structured manner. • Active knowledge of two official languages is required and passive knowledge of a third official language completes your profile. <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in the social insurances of the first pillar, enjoy mathematical tasks, and appreciate active customer contact?
