Insulation fitter with site management function (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Coordination, processing, and responsibility for work on our construction sites in close cooperation with our assembly managers and the clients
Assembly and maintenance of heat, cold, and sound protection insulation on pipelines, plants, and containers
Assembly of cladding made from various materials
Working according to technical drawings, plans, and 3D models
Compliance with safety and quality specifications
Material orders and reporting
Measuring sheet metal components for internal production
Your profile
Training as an insulation fitter EFZ or comparable qualification (e.g., industrial insulator / WKSB insulator)
Several years of practical experience on construction sites, ideally in a site management function
Leadership experience or ability to provide technical guidance to assemblers
Experience in the organization and processing of construction sites (personnel, material, deadlines)
Confident appearance towards customers and trades as a contact person on site
Technical understanding and manual dexterity as well as an independent, reliable, and precise way of working and ideally experience working with digital aids
Team-oriented personality with networked and service-oriented thinking
