Located in Venthône for over 20 years, our modern and growing structure offers a complete range: new and used vehicle sales of all brands, official JAC and ISUZU concessions, maintenance and repair, car detailing, storage, service station and automatic washing. Our workshop is equipped with the latest technologies (diagnostics, HD geometry, decalming, matrix light adjustment…) and our roof with 149 photovoltaic panels testifies to our commitment to a sustainable future. A rare fact in the industry: our premises are fully air-conditioned, including the workshop — a real comfort at work in all seasons. We are a team of about fifteen people, passionate and committed, and we are looking for our new technical pillar. Your role Under the responsibility of Mathias Perren, the director, you are in charge of the organizational, administrative, technical and human management of the workshop. You are the person the entire team can count on: rigorous, present, organized and proud of a job well done. To facilitate your takeover, you will be supported by our current workshop manager, who will accompany you in discovering the operation of the workshop and its specificities. This support is designed to last as long as necessary, with, in the medium term, a complete and autonomous takeover of the workshop on your part. Your missions Management & organization of the workshop Plan, organize and supervise all work Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and good condition of the premises and equipment Control the quality of interventions and ensure their follow-up Technical support & expertise Carry out fault research and diagnostics Be responsible for the technical decisions of the workshop, with the support of our current workshop manager during your takeover Intervene on high-added-value work, making the most of your expertise Manage warranty files and their entry into the brand systems Technical team management Supervise, motivate and coordinate the technical team, consisting of around 6 technicians Supervise the collaborator in charge of the administrative follow-up of the workshop Manage priorities and plan tasks on a daily basis Implement a clear and efficient organization of the workshop Customer satisfaction Welcome and advise customers on the work to be done Be the technical contact person for customers for topics that reception cannot handle (suspected noises, specific research, technical explanations) Ensure rigorous follow-up of files and guarantee a high level of satisfaction Administration & coordination Supervise the management of repair orders and parts orders, delegated on a daily basis to your administrative collaborator Ensure workshop billing Collaborate with management for reporting and objectives Your profile CFC in automotive mechanics — essential A CFC in automotive mechatronics is also an asset Additional training in management, team leadership or master's degree — a major asset Confirmed experience in a managerial position Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop a team Organized, rigorous, reliable and autonomous Solution-oriented, proposal force Comfortable with computer tools Category B driver's license Current French — German and/or English: an asset What we offer A key position with responsibilities in a modern and dynamic structure The trust and direct support of management Support from our current workshop manager for a smooth takeover A top-notch work environment: recent and fully air-conditioned premises, including the workshop A varied and stimulating activity, far from routine A united and passionate team Full responsibility for the workshop, with decreasing support over time as you take autonomy Do you recognize yourself in this profile and is the Garage du Rocher adventure inspiring you?
