You ensure a first-class customer experience with your open nature and bring sales and service quality to the point every day. --- Your tasks ------------------ Sales & Consulting • Proactive, cordial approach to customers • Competent advice on products and services with a focus on simple, suitable solutions • Identifying and exceeding customer needs • Presenting the shop as an experience world according to marketing and touchpoint design • Contributing your own ideas to actively shape the shop Logistics & Processes • Checking new deliveries (quality, quantity, punctuality) • Preparing goods for return to the distribution center • Receiving repaired devices & preparing for issue • Supporting inventory management --- Your profile --------------- • Completed EFZ or EBA training in sales or service environment • Very high customer and service orientation • Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products • Sympathetic appearance and strong communication skills (verbal & non-verbal) • Team player with impeccable reputation • Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage • German: C2 (mandatory) • Swiss German: C2 (mandatory) • French, English, or Italian: at least B1 is an advantage --- Our offer ----------------- • Daily new, exciting customer situations • Varied working environment • Defined training plan (Skill-Up), 1:1 support, and internal training • Opportunity to take on additional roles (e.g., Götti, KMU consultant) • Strong team spirit and modern infrastructure • Option for extension and later takeover --- Deployment requirements -------------------------- • Complete application documents (CV & certificates) • Integrity check: criminal record extract + confidentiality agreement necessary ​ Unsatisfied, underchallenged, or eager to discover new things?
