With our products Foxtrail, Foxtrail GO and Explorial, we combine digital innovation with real adventures and create interactive leisure activities that inspire worldwide and remain in memory for a long time. For our growing portfolio, we are looking for you as Sales & Operations Manager (80-100%) starting in October 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks: Control and further development of our sales and distribution channels including OTA platforms Further development of the corporate customer business Further development and operational management of the product portfolio of Foxtrail, Foxtrail GO and Explorial Analysis of market, customer and product data as well as derivation and implementation of concrete action and optimization measures Preparation of decision-making bases for portfolio adjustments and product initiatives Leadership, coaching and further development of the dedicated Sales & Operations team Interface function between different departments Initiation and implementation of innovation projects for the further development of our products and customer experiences What you bring with you: Completed commercial or business administration education (HF/FH/University) Several years of experience in a leadership function with responsibility for revenue, products or operational business areas Entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making skills and hands-on mentality Experience in the establishment and further development of sales and distribution channels Affinity for digital products, platforms and modern technologies Joy in taking responsibility, setting priorities and driving topics forward German as a native language, good English and French skills A motivated team, an open corporate culture with flat hierarchies and a lot of creative freedom await you with us.
