In this role, you combine specialist knowledge with a view of the big picture and actively support the further development of our financial organization. Your mission: • You take responsibility in financial accounting and ensure that debtor, creditor, and general ledger processes run cleanly and efficiently. • You actively contribute to monthly and annual closures according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure correct and timely results. • You ensure the correct processing of value-added tax (national & international) and are the contact person for technical questions in this area. • You are responsible for fixed asset accounting and ensure transparency about our assets. • You support the optimization of processes and the expansion of the internal control system (IKS). • You analyze key figures and create ad-hoc evaluations as a basis for decision-making for management. • You work actively on projects and bring your know-how to the further development of our systems and processes. • You act as a technical contact person in the team and share your knowledge profitably with others. You combine accuracy with a high quality standard and independent working methods. For this, you bring: • Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a comparable function • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO • Very good knowledge of value-added tax (CH & international) • Experience with monthly and annual closures according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER • Secure handling of fixed asset accounting • Analytical strength and a good understanding of financial relationships • Experience in process optimization and handling internal controls (IKS) is an advantage • Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage • High stress tolerance, team ability, and independent, solution-oriented working methods This is what you can look forward to.## Together, we achieve great things - sustainably and with a vision.
