Your area of responsibility: As a Real Estate Manager with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, you will independently manage a diverse real estate portfolio and be responsible for the professional management of rental properties, condominiums, and commercial properties. You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, and service providers and ensure smooth management as well as satisfied customers. Your main tasks include: Rental management: Support and management of rental properties including rent setting, conclusion of rental agreements as well as acceptances and handovers. Condominiums: Organization and management of owners' meetings as well as monitoring of house rules. Accounting: Monitoring of rental payments, preparation of service charge statements and verification of the property accounting. Maintenance and repairs: Organization and coordination of maintenance work and renovation projects as well as cooperation with craftsmen and service providers. Customer contact: Contact person for owners, tenants, and authorities in all matters relating to real estate management.
