Genève \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Examine and process AVS benefit requests submitted by insured persons domiciled abroad. • Conduct investigative work to determine the general conditions for granting benefits. • Calculate the pension amount in compliance with legal requirements and manage files in their entirety (requests for information, change of civil status, death, etc.) • Prepare the data necessary for computer processing and the payment of benefits. • Respond in writing to requests from insured persons and provide information by telephone mainly in French, German and Spanish. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial training (CFC as a commercial employee, commercial diploma or commercial maturity). • Interpersonal skills and relational abilities to ensure quality customer service and collaborate in a team. • Analytical and synthesis skills in the context of file processing. • Organizational skills to guarantee efficient file processing, autonomously and within deadlines. • Proficiency both orally and in writing in a second national language.
