Through your presence, your listening, and your ability to mobilize the resources of the socio-sanitary network, you actively participate in the prevention of isolation and the maintenance of an optimal quality of life. Your main responsibilities Welcoming new tenants and facilitating their integration within the residence. Listening to tenants and directing them, when necessary, towards social services, medical services, or competent partners. Organizing and animating convivial, cultural, and recreational activities promoting encounters and the participation of everyone. Coordinating community meals, coffee meetings, and other moments of sharing. Conducting home visits according to the needs of the tenants. Collaborating with families, relatives, and external partners (CMS, care providers, social services, etc.). Your profile Training in the social, socio-educational, or socio-cultural animation field, or experience deemed equivalent. Experience with elderly people or in social support is desired.
