Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the capacity available from hydroelectricity in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants operated by us generate about 16 % of the electricity from hydroelectricity in Switzerland. Project Manager & General Director for Construction Work location : Hybrid Your mission : We are looking for a Project Manager & Site Manager who can manage and lead technical, multidisciplinary large-scale projects within the framework of the overhaul and renewal of hydroelectric plants. Your tasks : Ensure the organization, planning, and monitoring of studies and works, while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards Identify deviations (in costs, deadlines, and quality) and take the necessary corrective measures Organize and coordinate the deployment of personnel and technical resources Organization and monitoring of the procurement of third-party services Management and coordination of the various project participants while ensuring efficient communication Ensuring the exchange of information with customers Ensuring risk management and the monitoring of control measures Participation in the preparation of offers and supplements Your competencies : Engineer FH/ETH, preferably in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering Completed further training as a Project Manager, sound professional experience in managing multidisciplinary large-scale projects Experience in connection with the operation of hydroelectric plants or in the field of industrial plants is desirable Excellent organizational and communication skills German or Austrian native language with very good knowledge of the second language.
