Haag-Streit Simulation is a pioneer in the development of virtual reality simulators for medical training. Ophthalmologists and medical students worldwide train their diagnostic and surgical skills on high-end simulators from Haag-Streit Simulation - without burden or risk to a patient. The company belongs to the Swiss Haag-Streit Group. Approximately 100 employees work today at the company location in Mannheim. Your challenge ## • You accompany the Haag-Streit products assigned to you in the area of simulation from the initial idea, through development and systematic market launch, to ongoing support in the market. • You actively contribute the market and customer perspective from the field of medical training and provide impulses for sales-promoting measures. • In close cooperation with the departments of Marketing, Sales, Research & Development and other interfaces, you drive projects forward across functions. • You implement marketing concepts and support the international marketing and sales organization with customer support, market clarifications, product training as well as the launch. • You continuously develop your understanding of market and customer needs, conduct market analyses and define product requirements. • Maintaining contact with Key Opinion Leaders, Medical Advisors and international users rounds off the area of responsibility. Your profile ## • Successfully completed studies in medical technology, economics, natural sciences, medicine, engineering or related fields. • Several years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in medical technology or a comparable industry. • Knowledge and experience in the field of business administration, surgery, ophthalmology, simulation or sales are an advantage. • You are strong in conception and enthusiastic and possess excellent analytical, strategic, communicative and organizational skills. • A willingness to travel of approx. 10 - 20 % is required. • Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
