In our children's residential groups in the Haus Fortuna, we care for children and adolescents with cognitive, multiple, and mental impairments as well as with sometimes highly challenging behavior. This task is very demanding. The children and adolescents often show very conspicuous behavior that requires patience and a clear attitude. We are looking for employees who consciously want to face this demanding task. They should bring expertise and empathy as well as the willingness to manage difficult situations constructively. Tasks: • Comprehensive education, promotion, and care of our children and adolescents incl. co-designing their living and developmental space • Key person work • Cooperation with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians Profile: • Experience in working with people with cognitive impairments • FaBe, FaGe, social pedagogical training or equivalent vocational training level • You are empathetic, creative, and humorous and attach great importance to good teamwork • Personal responsibility as well as a reliable way of working • Willingness for irregular and split working hours We look forward to receiving your application documents.
