Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Develop and coordinate Future Plans and write contributions for army order data at the operational level • Analyze developments in security policy and develop concepts, studies, reports and decision bases • Coordinate planning work and feasibility studies in collaboration with internal and external partners • Represent the Operations Command within working groups, specialized bodies and in the planning processes of the Groupement Défense • Ensure situation monitoring, support action planning and contribute to the army's crisis and engagement organizations <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (university or university of applied sciences) as well as several years of professional or leadership experience • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, ability to synthesize (EMG grade desired) • Ideally, experience in the fields of planning, project management or military leadership • Autonomy, stress resistance, sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills • Good active knowledge of a second official language as well as English <br /> In a few words Do you want to contribute to the long-term evolution of military operations and work at the interface between planning, command and security policy? The cdmt Op includes in particular the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command as well as the Military Police. About 40 % of the approximately 2500 employees are employed in civilian roles, from engineers to analysts to aircraft mechanics. The Swiss Army employs more than 9000 employees in four military professions and about 200 civilian professions, across 110 sites throughout Switzerland. It also ensures succession by training apprentices in more than 30 trades.
