Your role: As Head of Projects & Service Department, you become the point of balance between our teams, our customers, our partners and our vision. Your mission is vast, demanding, exciting: • You guide the Service-Admin / Helpdesk team with benevolence and high standards • You support our technicians in Switzerland, true artisans of the mobility of the future • You develop maintenance activities, guaranteeing the reliability of our infrastructures for all our activities and entities • You maintain and strengthen commercial relationships, because trust is at the heart of our values • You grow the sales of service offerings, by providing solutions that make sense • You manage the budget of the Projects & Service department, with a clear and responsible vision • You streamline communication between sectors, so that every project advances like a well-oiled machine Ultimately, you become a key person in the TSG organization at the Givisiez site. Your profile: • Higher education in business management or engineering (Bachelor, Master, MBA) • Native French or German speaker, excellent command of the other language (Italian = a real asset) • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive function • Proven experience in managing teams and multidisciplinary sectors • Natural and inspiring leadership, ability to structure and achieve • Organizational capacity and project management skills, solution and customer service orientation • Interpersonal ease, fluid and objective communication in both required languages Why is this position different?
