Your tasks ### • You teach with a lot of commitment and professional competence a mixed-age small class with children and young people with cognitive impairments in cycle 1, 2 or 3. Which level suits you best, we will clarify together in a conversation. • Through your versatile learning settings and curriculum-oriented teaching, you enable individual learning approaches and thus promote the strengths of the students in a targeted manner. • You place great emphasis on building a sustainable and trusting relationship with your students. • In your work, you will be supported by an interdisciplinary team of teachers, class assistants and specialists from therapy and social pedagogy. Your profile ### • You have a training as a teacher, in special needs education or in social pedagogy. • As a career starter with a recently completed degree, you are also welcome to join us and will be supported by an experienced class teacher when you start. • You enjoy working with children and young people with cognitive impairments and approach them with openness, patience and appreciation. • You feel comfortable in a diverse, multicultural and heterogeneous environment and appreciate collaboration in a lively school day.
