in risk reduction (60%-75%) Join an innovative risk reduction project in Geneva As part of the cantonal strategic plan for prevention and reduction of risks related to crack consumption, the Première ligne association is looking for motivated people to participate in the development of innovative actions for substance users. Première ligne is a private association active in the field of drug-related risk reduction. It has more than 85 collaborators distributed among six devices: Quai 9, reception and consumption space; Le Sleep-In, night reception device with possible consumption; Le Pôle de valorisation, offering psychosocial support; Nuit Blanche, risk reduction action in a festive environment; L'Adresse, housing access device; La Tangente, support for incarcerated people. The actions carried out aim in particular to reduce the risks of transmission of HIV, hepatitis and other infections, to fight against social exclusion and to establish links with people who do not necessarily frequent traditional social or care structures. Your mission • Welcome people visiting the structure and distribute consumption material; • Conduct interviews at the request of users and carry out necessary medical and social referrals; • Transmit information and prevention messages related to HIV, hepatitis and the use of psychoactive substances; • Provide basic care; • Intervene in case of emergency, in particular by practicing cardio-respiratory resuscitation gestures and soliciting help when necessary; • Participate actively in the development and evolution of the device's services. Profile sought • Diploma in nursing, social work or equivalent training; • Marked interest in risk reduction and themes related to drugs, HIV/AIDS, prostitution, precariousness, migration and social exclusion; • Relational ease and ability to work in a team; • Experience in the social, health or risk reduction field is an asset. First aid training is offered. An observation period will be organized before taking office.
