Since its foundation in 1844, Diaconis, as a non-profit organization, is committed to ensuring that people in fragile situations are supported, cared for, and accompanied according to their needs. Our team includes approximately 300 employees distributed across several sites in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Bienne. We are looking for November 1st or by agreement for a/an ICT System Manager 80-100% Your tasks with us #### • * Maintain our basic IT infrastructure in operation: Windows and Linux servers on vSphere, clients, M365, Azure, network, cloud telephony and Claude AI • * Ensure 1st and 2nd level support as well as triage to internal services and external partners • * Develop client management with Intune and Action and acquire IT work tools • * Manage our business-specific applications, e.g., care documentation • * Lead or participate in ICT projects and migrations • * Take charge of updates, backups, licenses, certificates, IT security and documentation • What you bring #### • * An ICT EFZ training or an equivalent qualification • * First experience in IT operations during an apprenticeship, internship or first job • * Knowledge in servers and virtualization, M365, Azure, Intune, network and Cloud-PBX; what you do not know yet, you will learn with us • * Desire to help people without IT knowledge in an understandable manner • * A structured and quality-conscious way of working • * Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English • Your advantages with us #### • * Responsibility for systems from day one, not just tickets • * Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies • * Wide range of maneuverability in your area of work • * Central workplace in Bern • * At least 6 weeks of vacation • You do not meet all the criteria?
