Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/ DNII or an adequate tertiary education recognized in Switzerland • Leadership experience with an empathetic and positive view of people • Experience in the care and support of elderly people • Appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and employees • Very high social competence and the ability to motivate and convince • Resilience, flexibility, and communication skills • Good IT knowledge, experience with the RAI classification system and the PEP personnel deployment program Tasks ## In the residential area, you bear the organizational, technical, and personnel leadership responsibility for the employees reporting to you. You take over the daily and monthly planning, all technical tasks and requirements of the nursing team, and ensure a smooth workflow in the organization. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the nursing service mandate and ensure the high requirements for hygiene and quality of work. In doing so, you actively support the employees reporting to you in ongoing processes, promote their initiative, and strengthen them in the demanding everyday life of the home. Constructive and trustful interdisciplinary cooperation with the other residential areas, daily activity management, and administration is important to you. You also enjoy working in direct care and building bridges between the residents, their families and relatives, as well as your employees.
