  To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented personality for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Flamatt location as   Quality Engineer 80-100%   For over 75 years, we have been following our curiosity. Our developments make an important contribution to safe, efficient, and sustainable production, mobility, and communication.   In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components required for the precise control of plasma processes, which are used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors, smartphones, or tablets.   This is what you will do: • Monitoring and analyzing quality deviations as well as scrap in production • Coordinating and implementing quality measures and projects as well as validations in cooperation with production and manufacturing engineering • Carrying out, documenting, and tracking internal process audits as well as supporting system audits and consistently following up on the resulting measures • Active participation in the processing and sustainable solution of quality cases as well as complaints, using structured methods such as 8D and CAPA • Creating and maintaining quality-relevant documentation (e.g., scrap reports, validation protocols) What you bring: • Technical basic training with sound experience in a production environment • Professional experience in a comparable function in quality management as well as experience with audits and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) • Knowledge of problem-solving methods such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, or 8D reports is desirable • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience with statistical methods for process monitoring and error prevention is an advantage Why Comet?
