For our regionally strongly anchored customer from the Aarau region, we are looking for a motivated, resilient and flexible personality as Betriebsmitarbeiter Industriesektor (m/w/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Aarau Industry: General services Publication date: 01.07.2026 Your tasks • You are responsible for setting up machines and systems • You will also operate the machines and systems • In case of minor interruptions or defects, you will rectify them or work with the responsible specialists • Compliance with quality requirements, safety regulations, professional grouping and adherence to hygiene instructions is part of your daily work • In general, you will ensure a smooth production and storage process and may take on additional tasks if suitable and necessary Your profile • You have preferably already completed basic training or have professional experience in a similar field such as production, industry or logistics • You have good to very good German language skills • Willingness to work a 2-shift system is a must (only daytime and occasional weekend work) • It is an advantage to have a Suva-recognized forklift license • You are fit, resilient, team-oriented, motivated and reliable • Weights of up to 25Kg do not pose a problem for you • Flexibility is also required What you can expect • Modern employment conditions in a solid company, a collegial environment and short decision-making paths • A set-up team in an intercultural field of activity and the opportunity for long-term employment with future prospects • Not least, you can expect a varied, responsible and exciting task Are you interested?
