As a business-side Product Owner, you will take on a key role for the success of our products in our bank. You define the product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure that the product creates maximum value for customers and the company. In doing so, you work closely with various stakeholders on the specialist and IT sides. And these are your core tasks: • Taking on functional responsibility for the provision, quality, and operation of our products (credit financing, leasing as well as supplementary insurance solutions) as well as the associated applications and services. • Definition of functional requirements, creation and maintenance of the Product Backlog as well as planning and prioritization of improvements and further developments. • Development and implementation of a clear vision for long-term further development and optimization. • Functional management of implementation projects for the improvement and expansion of our product, application, and service platform. • Effective stakeholder management through close cooperation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements and expectations of all parties involved. • Topic-related management of interdisciplinary teams as well as close cooperation with external partners and providers to develop innovative and efficient solutions Our Team # At BANK-now, a Swiss SME culture awaits you, embedded in the UBS Group. What we want # • Completed studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study. • Several years of experience in functional responsibility and further development of products, applications, and services, ideally in the area of credit financing, leasing, or insurance. Experience and handling of document management systems (DMS) is an advantage. • Sound knowledge in requirements management, especially in the definition and prioritization of functional requirements as well as the maintenance of Product Backlogs. • Experience in leading projects, ideally in the area of process optimization, digitalization, or IT implementation. • Strong skills in stakeholder management and in cooperation with internal and external partners. • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement a long-term vision for products, applications, and services. • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a great advantage. • Business fluent German and English skills are mandatory (Italian and French are an advantage). • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters understandably. • Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented way of working - with a good portion of hands-on mentality. • Affinity for digital technologies, ability to read technical concepts and to communicate with IT at eye level.
