We are looking for a Team Leadership Manufacturing and Production Carpentry 100 % as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement. Your role You will lead and coordinate the production area, ensuring a smooth process. You will work actively in production, monitor the entire process, and ensure compliance with quality specifications. You will be the point of contact for customers during order processing and represent the company competently externally. Additionally, you will be responsible for deployment, capacity, and order planning, as well as ensuring optimal material provision and inventory management. You will lead, support, and accompany your team professionally and personally, and ensure the support of employees with IV pensions and clients of professional integration in the workplace.
