The Oberwil municipal administration provides services for the approximately 11,500 inhabitants of the municipality with over 130 employees from various professional groups. For the area of Social, Health, Age, we are looking for a starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement a Jurist Social, Health, Age 80 - 100 % ## Your tasks ### • Management of the actuariat of the social assistance authorities Oberwil and Biel-Benken • Legal advice and support for the area management and the employees of the Social, Health, Age area • Review of orders, statements, objection decisions, and other legal documents • Processing and coordination of objections and complaints • Preparation and follow-up, as well as minute-taking, of the meetings of the social assistance authorities • Coordination, review, and dispatch of applications, orders, and decisions • Support in the development and updating of regulations, instructions, contracts, and standards • Collaboration in the professional and organizational further development of the area as well as in cross-departmental projects Your profile ### • Completed studies in law or equivalent training • Ideally professional experience in public law, social assistance law, social insurance law, or administrative law • Strong interest in issues in the areas of social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs, as well as health and age • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as the combination of legal and organizational tasks • High service orientation, ability to work in a team, and confident oral and written expression in German • Good MS Office user knowledge; knowledge of CMI and KLIBNet is an advantage Our offer ### • A versatile, challenging, and responsible task • The opportunity for active co-design • Contemporary employment conditions • Competent team and pleasant working environment • Modern workplace in a central location
