Construction Project Manager

As part of the development and modernization of its real estate portfolio, it is strengthening its Construction team and is looking for a Construction Project Manager. Job Description ## • Lead construction, renovation, and transformation projects after validation of their feasibility. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives. • Develop and monitor project budgets as well as associated reporting. • Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, specialized offices, companies, and authorities). • Prepare and conduct calls for tender, consultations, and awards. • Lead project meetings and ensure regular monitoring on construction sites. • Guarantee the smooth flow of information between all stakeholders. • Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose necessary corrective actions. • Supervise the handover of works and support procedures with the competent authorities. • Contribute to the integration of sustainability principles in assigned projects. The Successful Applicant ## Education • University or HES degree in architecture, civil engineering, or an equivalent field. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. • Proven experience in steering real estate projects from design to delivery. Technical Skills • Excellent knowledge of building permit procedures in Switzerland. • Mastery of SIA standards and regulations applicable to the construction sector. • Knowledge of AEAI standards and site safety rules. • Experience in calls for tender, awards, and contractual management. • Good command of project planning tools (MS Project, Gantt, or equivalents). • Solid skills in financial monitoring, budget analysis, and reading plans. • Mastery of standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of construction cost management software is an asset. Languages • Fluent French is essential. • Basic knowledge of German and/or English is appreciated.
