It ensures transparency and data integrity and supports the business with technical solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Through the development, optimization, and integration of data products along the entire value chain, the team creates the foundation for sound business decisions. In close cooperation with areas such as Finance, Sales, and Compliance, scalable and audit-proof reports are created that advance SIGA. Qualifications and Attributes ## • Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field with at least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist. Alternatively, technical vocational training with at least five years of relevant professional experience • Development experience with modern data platforms, (T-)SQL, Data Pipelines, and Data Lake structures, as well as sound knowledge in ELT processes, data modeling, and the development of reports • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (Level C1) as well as good English skills (Level B2) • Strong analytical and adaptive abilities to understand processes in detail and specifically implement stakeholder requirements • Independent and responsible way of working with a focus on pragmatic and customer-oriented solutions  About the Job ## In this responsible function, you develop and implement data analytics solutions within the Microsoft Azure platform. Furthermore, you maintain and optimize existing ELT pipelines, Data Lakes, and Power BI reports to ensure efficient and high-quality data preparation and visualization. Data quality and the protection of sensitive information are always the focus. Through regular reviews with stakeholders, you ensure that the implemented solutions are goal-oriented, meet the needs of the specialist departments, and create real added value. You develop and optimize data models and reports to enable sound, data-based decisions. Additionally, supporting end-user inquiries and conducting training sessions are part of your area of responsibility.  The position offers you the opportunity to evaluate new technologies and actively participate in the further development of our system architecture.
