For our client, we are looking for a Benefits Customer Service Representative (f/m) who independently processes challenging and complex benefit cases. Region: Bern Employment type: Permanent employment Workload: 80-100% Your tasks • Independent processing of all benefit cases, including demanding constellations regarding old age, death, and disability • Analysis of medical reports to assess cases • Review of preliminary decisions of the eidg.
