Runner (100%) WHO ARE WE? Luigia is a growing group of Italian restaurants with 11 locations in Switzerland, 2 in Italy and 1 franchise operation in Dubai. Our cuisine is based on the tradition of Italian grandmothers: authentic recipes, high-quality products, hospitality and respect for the ingredients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Runner (100%). YOUR TASKS Ensure preparation and cleanliness of the service stations and tables. Control the cleanliness of crockery and service utensils. Preparation and control of orders for service and take-away. Serving food and drinks to the correct tables. Supporting the Chef de Rang during the entire service. Observing the restaurant area to ensure a smooth service process. Ensuring order and cleanliness of the guest area during and after service. YOUR PROFILE Initial experience as a Runner or in a comparable position is an advantage. Fast and organized way of working. Teamwork skills and reliability. Resilience and flexibility. Friendly appearance and strong service orientation. Good German skills as well as Italian required; English is an advantage.
