Tasks: You act as a host and interact with customers as well as visitors You ensure that guests have the appropriate access permissions and provide support in case of uncertainties on the premises You are in contact with the internal security team and resolve needs You operate and monitor various systems, including: the Alarm-Management-System the fire and burglar alarm system as well as cameras and access data. You advise internal and external organizations and coordinate interventions. Qualification: You are service-oriented and enjoy supporting other people. You are committed, have perseverance, and are flexible in content and timing. You are clear, meaning you are honest and transparent. Others can rely on you. You are reliable and punctual. You are responsible, think and act for the team, observe attentively, and stand up. In addition, you are well-organized and find solutions independently. You process data and information quickly and cleverly. And you are proficient in administrative matters and on the PC. The task requires good German skills in spoken and written form. Any further national language as well as English are an advantage. A completed basic education is desirable, experience in the security industry is a big plus.
