La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogériatrie, gériatrie, psychiatrie adulte), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. To complete our support team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Hermenches, which welcomes 15 Persons and which specializes in the field of adult psychiatry: Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) 6-month CDM between 60% and 80% - EPSM Le Pré-Carré Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir share a common will: to support Persons on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to enable the well-being and happiness of the Persons. Within our establishment, you support adult Persons presenting psychic disorders, taking into account their needs, their resources, and their support project. You contribute to creating a secure, stimulating, and benevolent environment, promoting their autonomy, their participation, and their quality of life. As part of individualized support, this position is dedicated to the follow-up of a Person presenting an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as a mild mental retardation. You participate actively in their reception, their integration, and their daily support. You ensure the establishment of reassuring landmarks, support their autonomy, and promote their well-being, in close collaboration with the interprofessional team. As a health care assistant, you apply the support measures defined in the individualized project, observe the needs and changes of the Person, transmit relevant information to the team, and contribute to the continuity of support. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS • You hold a CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or a title deemed equivalent. • You possess experience in the support of Persons presenting an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). • You manifest a marked interest in the support of Persons living with psychic disorders in adult psychiatry. • You demonstrate empathy, patience, and an attitude centered on the needs and resources of the Person. • You enjoy teamwork and communicate in an adapted manner. • You are flexible, organized, and capable of adapting to varied situations. • You master French (oral and written) as well as usual IT tools. • You hold a valid driver's license.
